Round 3. The Green Lantern and Sinestro Corps vs The Armies of Heaven and Hell, led by Rayner and Spawn respectively.

What do you mean by "standard Spawn"? If it's Hell King then he should win since Kyle can't do anything to put him down..

Standard spawn took over hell and the then later became GOD of his universe.

1st Round: Spawn wins

2: Second round: Divine spawn is Omnipotent he took over hell and heaven and then became GOD of his universe

Round 1: I'm giving this to Spawn, he is a monster and I don't think that Kyle has anything that can put him down, Spawn for the Majority

Round 2: Spawn = Omnipotent / Kyle = Nigh-Omnipotent, nothing more to explain. Spawn for the Majority

Round 3: This is a cool one, but I'm giving this to Spawn army, mostly because the lanterns lack the ways to keep Spawn or his army down.

@hiddenlight: Kyle has been shown easily busting planets as a rookie. His damage output isn't an issue.

@comicdude360: This isn't the problem. Kyle damage output is higher than the Spawn, but it would mean nothing. And as nothing was stated, this is a random encounter, and Kyle have no knowledge about Spawn, so unless he finds out or even can replicate Hell/Heaven energy with his ring, Spawn would come back after each strike, and the Ring haven't a history scanning for weaknesses in pure magical beings.

@hiddenlight: you always assume that it's by knockout so all he has to do is knock him out.

@comicdude360: Well, I've forgot that. Still I'm giving an 5/10 for each in round 1 based in Spawn durability/healing though. I can agree that Kyle can KO him though. I keep the round 2 and 3 like I've said before.

1. Gonna go with Green Lantern Kyle Rayner over Spawn here... Spawn at standard levels is powerful... but Green Lantern Kyle Rayner at standard levels has much better overall feats... especially his stuff during the Pre 52 era.

2. It might be a stalemate... two Nigh Omnipotent characters fighting...

1. Depends as to what you call "standard" Spawn. First Age loses, Third Age loses horribly. Second Age it can perhaps go either way. Hell King Spawn should win.
2. God Spawn is at the very least multiversal, so out of the gate I'm leaning him but I'm not 100% since the emotional entities are some of the most powerful beings in DC.
3. Honestly probably Lanterns. They have more noteworthy individuals with more noteworthy feats, unless you assume beings like Urizen, but Spawn has killed most of the noteworthy Heaven/Hell beings.

@gumflabica: Spawn fused with the man of miracles who (I think) was akin to the TOAA/ Presence of the spawn franchise thingy to become divine spawn.

If so, round two isn't allowed on the vine as omnipotents were banned for obvious reasons.
