Who is the stronger Green Lantern?
Kyle Rayner vs Hal Jordan
It depends if this is Kyle when he was ION, but if he was at his Normal Green Lantern form i think Hal would easily win!
Hal was the greatest, but Kyle has become a better Green Lantern, in part thanks to his great imagination and artistic mind
I read in many discussions that Hal had more will power or something like that. I could go towards a stalemate too, i don't know.
zzzzzzz
Hal wins. His Willpower is greater in my opinion. With his willpower alone, he was able to topple Superman.
I was always of the belief that Kyle is and was the most powerful GL. Is he not the so called chosen one? Any way I view this as an optimas vs rodimas prime thing. Rod is intend to be grater but it doesnt come to pass.
still I am gonna say Kyle and yes did he not beat parlax
on another note I have question about the yellow power ring. if it runs on fear power, and Hal has no fear than how has hal used it in the past? same question with guy gardner. also some like sinestro who had the green one first and then used the yellow one would that not require an entirely different frame of thought and training??
Yeah, but were they prepared for a fight? Here, they both know they're going to fight, so no surprises.
Without taken away any disrespect from Kyle, Hal hands down! Kyles accomplished alot since he's come on board, but he's not on par with jordan in feats in experience or willpower!

To answer your question, it's a matter of being able to instill fear, not have it. One of the requirements of joining the Sinstro Corps was being able to spark your own ring by confronting your own greatest fear. Hal has done that when his dad died, and on numerous occasions with Parallax. It even said that his time as Parallax gave him experience in order to use the rings during the war when they were stuck on Quard.

100% Agree

I haven't read how Guy got Sinestro's ring (I have read issues with him using it though), but i know it was before Sinestro started the Sinestro corps, which retconned his rings into instilling fear. Sinestro previously engaged Hal with his yellow ring and beat Hal in a construst arm wrestling match because he had superior "willpower," they hadn't added the fear aspect yet. So Guy would've been able to use it on this basis, because the fearmongering hadn't been introducied into the Qwardian rings continuity yet.

I like your statements.
But there is still inconsistency because of so many retcons. First Parallax was retconned into being an entity, then it was explained that Hal felt fear, for the first time since his Dad died, when Coast City was destroyed, allowing Parallax to take grip. Later Sinestro explained that he had been manipulating events in Kyle's life to instill fear in him, chief among them killing his mother, to allow Parallax to take a new fearful host.
But Parallax later jumped into Ganthet for no apprent reason, so it is kind of inconsistent.
Umm why??
Hal has more experience and more will (imo)...or atleast better control of it
