That suit is retconned to be the suit of the host of Ion (an altered version is given to Sodam Yat, when he becomes the host), though Kyle typically is not known as Ion while wearing it. HOG Ion Kyle is the white and green suit posted above. HOG VS the Starheart full out would be a very good battle, though I think Ion would win. Alan just recovered from his injuries (it's inconsistent. Simultaneously Alan is "The Living Lantern" in JSA, but walking normally in JLA. For that matter Saint walker is running around freely in JLA, but in GL/GLC/EW he is trapped in the Book of the Black).
But in a straight fight, Alan should beat Kyle. He's older, smarter, has more experience, a larger energy reserve, and not restricted to the rules of science, because he is made of magic.
Kyle got some freakish feats but Alan i am givnig the edge here . Hands of God kyle would stomp Alan tho.I am pretty sure this battle isnt about hands of god Kyle
