Genis Vell beats this lantern, i feel bad for the Vega system

besides the crushing eternity and universe destroying feats, insane genis vell doesn't have combat feats in abstract level, the guy had trouble with king thor or hyperion. plus without entropy insane genis wouldn't be able to do all these high end feats.  
Insane genis vell is overrated, he's powerful, but no wear near as powerful as people claims him to be.  
for this fight I'll go with genis only because this version of ion is significantly weaker than the HOG ION. but HOG Ion would stomp him.

he also tell hal spectre that he can rewrite reality, chance history and what's been done without altering everything that will be. Basically he can change what happened in coast city, that's something even zero hour parallax cannot do.

Insane genis vell is simply not at that level, even regards to his highest feats, insane genis is no where near zero hour parallax level, let alone original Ion. not to mention these regular feats of insane genis-vell. Like having trouble with king thor or hyperion.
