A blood-lusted Silver Surfer should atomize everyone. Green Lantern Kyle Rayner is seemingly over-slaughter, especially if Superman and Thor have been weakened drastically.

Surfer Solos Bloodlusted...

I'm going with team 1, Surfer since Annihilation is insanely powerful. He's possibly a few Green Lanterns packed into one, he destroyed Godlike Cable and beat Thor's equal Beta Ray Bill - with ease. I don't care if Thor has beaten Surfer in the past it's shitty writing like Wolverine beating Lobo, Cap America knock Hulk down or Batman hurting wonder Woman with a punch it should never happen but it does. Surfer is so fast Thor should not be able to tag him unless Surfer is jobbing and standing still.  
Thor simply does not have the speed feats to destroy insanely fast top tier, certainly not the way he wins in comics. Thor has been blitzed by Gladiator, Sentry and all kinds of heroes plus Thor's character has a character induced stupidity meaning he's one of the least intelligent fighters. I know his hammer has been a plot device in the past and is a true Skyfather weapon but the problem is Thor rarely has the brains to use it properly. I don't see Thor doing a quick win against Kyle with the power drain option, Thor would probably try to slug it out in a fist fight and a bloodlusted Thor is not so intelligent, he has been beaten by Hulk and other bricks. Kyle is experienced and smart enough to last a few rounds against a top tier.  An intelligent bloodlusted Surfer is another matter, he can mindwipe people leaving them empty of consciousness, he has BFR'ed people in battle and would possibly one shot Superman. 
If Silver Surfer feeds off Superman the battle is over.

Yep. If it's blood lusted, it's definitively team 1, due to The Silver Surfer's work. He speed blitzes through Superman and Thor and takes Mjölnir as a souvenir/toy.
