No i get it, he was stated to be 4 times stronger than Thor, although Thor has perfectly held his own the next time they fought outside of Beyonder's appearance and to the best of my knoweledge (at least in Thor solo issue that is), his powers hasnt actually been taken away. He should still be on the same ball park.
The thing i am however pointing is , he does lack any sort of high end feat. He fought and did extremely well against Thor with belt of strength, nearly beat him before the fight was interrupted, awesome. But what else has he done? I certainly dont remember anything, I remember him being completely helpless against Hela on earth.
Then we have Mangog, who while has never been stated to be 4x Thor in terms of powers, has better feats than Kurse, gets hit by Thor often without him even being able to put a lasting damage , outside of Thor: Tears of a God story arc. So yeah i would normally put Mangog above him, he simply has feats to show his powers, Kurse sadly doesnt, unless he has done something outside of Thor solo issues.
