Tobi is Has rinnegan, but pre sage. Has access to gedo mazo and 3 tailed beasts of choice (no nine tails or 8 tails), no jinchurikki or paths of pein gedo ability.

Kuma can travel between dimensions.

So who wins?

Tobi I think assuming it's Tobi after he reveals himself as Madara.

Great battle idea.

I say Kuma wins, his durability is incredible and his palm attacks are lightspeed, tobi won't avoid them, and being mostly robotic he won't be affected by genjutsus.

While I dont think Obito can win, he can just phase through Ursas Shock like nothing.

Kuma owns.

Wait wait.....he can't do that forever, while kuma can shock without apparent fatigue building up.

Doesn't his intangibility only work for a few seconds?

Of course he cannot do it forever. Ursus shock takes time to build up, going intangible before it hit works. 5 minutes is the timespan he can stay intangible. Tobi can go forever, due to the Senju half. His phasing has a limit of 5 minutes. Not saying Obito wins, because Kuma takes it. Im just saying Ursus shock is useless... at least at the start of the fight anyway.

It's stated in the first scan i posted and repeated often in the manga, so yeah, i'm sure.

We can assume Kuma was not using his full power there because he did not want to kill zoro.

I don't know..he repelled the concept of pain so...I just assume that if he can repel abstract concepts like that, he can repel damn near anything. More of a joke, but...hey it makes some sense.

Oda sure loves throwing around the term "lightspeed'' doesn't he? I have a hard time taking the claims seriously.

Yeah, it doesn't helped that most of these lightspeed feats or somewhat inconsistent. I mean Zoro had a fight of his life against Kaku who was in the supersonic league yet the very next arc he's dodging lightspeed, and the arc before that he was being effortlessly stomped by lightning speed.

@lowlaville: Can video game feats for the tailed beast be used.In the manga the only tailed beast with any real showings are the 9,8,and 1 tails.

I dont think so. Unless the video game was directed by Narutos author, they will not be held credible.

Kuma can literally repel anything. Tobi doesnt really stand a chance against Kuma, one of the strongest OP fighters there is.

He could use a tailed beast bomb thing, Tobi would repel it.

It shows that each tailed beast bomb is a mountain buster (as it states in the bottom left hand corner of the scan)

Can tobi attack while intangible?

What could Kuma do if Tobi shot one at his general area, not at him. The AOE would be too great from him also what proof do you have that he can repel something so large that largest thing teleport was a person. Also what if Tobi have more then one launch in different direction so while he dodging one 2 others are coming from another areas ?

Kuma can reflect anything he can touch with his hands, Size doesnt really matter as this ability isnt based on his strength its based on a magical fruit. Kuma is massively hypersonic+, he reacted to an enraged G2 luffy from a meter away and that was without using his devil fruit power.

With it he can repel himself at what Oda likes to call lightspeed. Kuma can then repel those beast bombs to wherever in the world he wants to. Hes fast enough to dodge an incoming beast bomb/reflect it.

Now can tobi attack while intangible or no? because i dont see anyother way tobi can even hurt Kuma, His durability is pretty damn solid not to mention I dont think Tobi is faster than a G2 Luffy.

@lowlaville: nah, it would make more sense if it really was potentially lightspeed, and he was holding back with zoro, since it was later explaned that kuma was holding back.

Because when he bfrs the whole strawhats, none of them percieves the movement, they seem to dissapear, and to be that fast in comparison to gear 2 luffy......

Unless someone can show me Tobi attacking while intangible I dont see anyway Tobi wins.

@glubgluby: Well, he doesn't really need to attack while intangible.The tailed beast and Gedo Mazo can do all the fighting.

So, what does that change?
The aim was to save them, but, as you can see from the video i posted, tough he wanted to kill them and tried with all themselves to avoid it, but could not even perceive movement when Kuma repelled them, to them they just disappeared.

For someone who can see bullets in slow motion like luffy, if that's not lightspeed.....

As a matter of fact, going intangible wont help Tobi, Kuma was able to reflect away ghosts. and since OP didnt rule out BFR, Kuma smacks tobi to the moon.

@glubgluby: Well the Gedo Mazo is the shell of the ten tails.It can soul rip it opponents and physically fight on its own.It also has a extremely powerful electric discharge. That's basically it lol. Also how are the tailed beast irrelevant.....

Also how does the soul rip work? is it instant? and getting into a physical fight with kuma is a terrible idea, he insta-BFR's everyone he touches and can move so fast that a G2 Luffy cant even see him.

lolololo That's not lightspeed...hell Captain America can do that.

@glubgluby: You are quite wrong there. Sure Obito is intangible, but his intangibility has no relation with being in place. Obito is phasing through dimensions to appear intangible, which means Kuma cannot touch Obito unless his fist touches Obito from his dimension.

@glubgluby: Kuma can move through dimensions, he has not shown an ability to punch something in an another dimension. I put he can travel through dimensions to make it even, because Obito can BFR kuma just as easily. Not just spatial displacement, but dimensional as well.
