@notreally: re-read the rules. TOAA and the presence are not to be used because their omnipotent natures and it will always be a stalemate because of that.

@notreally: they are not really omnipotent if they get defeated. living tribunal is still under TOAA and pre-retcon beyonder is argued to be above LT but not on TOAA's level.
