I figured that I might get asked why Jor-El is in the battle so I'm going to explain myself preemptively. Jor-El proved himself to be a very capable warrior the way he handled himself; he was actually winning that fight against Zod until the latter pulled that "cheap shot" to end it all. I imagine that If Jor-El had survived and had somehow made it to earth, he surely would've adjusted to the atmosphere just as Zod, Faora, and Nam-Ek did. I mean why wouldn't he??

Scenario

The Battle takes place on earth in Metropolis. The Kryptonians have completely adjusted to the atmosphere. The Kaiju emerge and begin wrecking the city. A battle ensues...

• The Kryptonians have all of their standard weapons, armor, and equipment.

Dude, add a few more Kaijus from pacific rim to make it more balanced. The kryptonian a have a ridiculous speed advantage. And they can fly faster than both mutos. Though, I wonder how much damage godzillas ray could do to the kryptonians.

Superman and Zod could take this alone. Just fly into the kaiju's body through the mouth, wreak havoc by flying around in there, shooting off heat vision, tearing apart vital organs etc, and job's done.

GZ takes this easy.

GZ took the 5th largest nuke in history with no issue at point blank range. His eyes, body, ears, ect were unharmed. no way MoS entire cast producing force on par with that to harm GZ. GZ Like wise survived the heat of the Nuke which is hotter than the surface of the sun with no damage, doubt Heat Beams will do anything.

Castle Bravo nuke we seen in the opening of the film.

Superman in no way can harm GZ.

But I beat nuclear fire breath will kill most of the movie kryptonians in one go.

It vaporized the first Muto in the official comics in one blast. Also GZ showed he can use said blast over and over again without weakening.

GZ wins, unlike MoS who pretends to be Jesus, GZ is GODzilla, and he is the KING!

@huey_freeman34: Well, based on what I've seen of godzilla, he seems to be a serious threat to the kryptonians by himself. With the other two added, they should take it.
