Krona v Asgard & its realms.. - Battles

Krona is on route to Asgard to became its new ruler..
So confident is he of his abilities that he sends word to Odin to get ready for War or surrender..
Odin has 24hrs to send word to all the realms & Marvel Earth 616 to prepare for battle.
All characters have their usual armor/weapons for this encounter.
Krona is at full power for this encounter..
Earth 616 gets no prep or use of tech that can solo ie-UN.
Rules - No BFR or going back in time for this encounter.. No character above Odin/Surthur allowed.No Rune King Thor.
Can Krona be the new King of Asgard?

You do realize that Earth is considered one of the 9 realms by Asgard so Korona would be going up against 90% of the entire Marvel universe

Even without Earth,we have Thor.Who is around the power levels of Superman,who is around the power levels of Hal Jordan,the same guy who kept kicking Krona's butt.And we still have Ulik,Ymir,Sif,Valkyries,Loki,The Enchantress...Krona loses.Big time.

Well,Jordan kinda killed Krona when he was wielding rainbow lights in War of GLs and I'm guessing he was at maximum power.

it was surrounded by a huge Ocean, it's in the middle of the universe closed in by the ocean (probably outer space), it was also called Mannheim, the home of mankind.
