Kroenen goes man rushes in there and kills huntress while they jump deadpool.

Team 1 because Kroenen is a Nazi Ninja Zombie and Daredevil is superhuman. Kroenen beats both Huntress and Deadpool in H2H. Daredevil beats Huntress in H2H and Deadpool in projectiles.

@kajitatsu: Deadpools H2h is pretty good, its allowed him to go toe on toe with DareDevil and Captain America. I wouldn't count him out so easily.

@Strider92: That's true but Daredevil can keep Deadpool at a distance, he's quicker and more agile. In a H2H Deadpool would most likely win swords against billy club. Matt benefits from the environment though, he can mobilise himself around with a higher level of acrobatic prowess. So Deadpool does pose a threat but Daredevil has a lot going for him too.
