i think that since the OP give no set criteria, Bucky wins.He's the superior combatant plus his regular equipment overshadows Kraven's any day.

Im tempted to say Bucky, but even with the shield Cap lost to the Black Panth. who was for all intents and purposes 'merely human'. Kraven has increased strength, speed and stamina plus stabby-weapons. I think its possible Buck will fall.
