Fight takes place in Manhattan

To Win: incapacitation or death

One week of prep is a definite win.

@matanui123: Then Kratos would most likely win. This is kind of a mismatch because Kratos is on a whole other level than Spider-Man. Also, his Ends of the Earth armor isn't going to do jack to Kratos.

@matanui123: To clarify, Spider-Man is a herald-buster with enough prep. However, he needs adequate prep time to beat a herald like Kratos. Without it, Peter would be trashed. Sorry, but this is kind of a mismatch.
