Kratos has no control of his Blades in this battle, same for his Spear, Hammer, and Possibly the Blade of Olympus, assuming he has any of those. You didn't specify anything here.
Magneto can easily pull Kratos' blades away from Kratos' body, and if they're attached well, possibly rip off his arms. Also, the golden fleece won't do Jack Schitt, either.

Well, even so, Marvel isn't one to OP a character. They probably wouldn't change much about him. If anything, probably change the fact that he killed Hercules, Zeus, etc. It might actually have negative effects.

Maybe.... but the fact that if kratos killed all the Gods on Olympus which are all skyfather's would give him an incredible feat.

But there was nothing special about those Gods. Hell, the average human warrior probably could have killed them. Kratos is a badass, but killing all those overrated gods has done nothing for him, really...

Oh, then yeah, totally. The Hercules in Marvel > Hercules in GoW. Same for every other God. =P
