Both fight at the X-Men Mansion (Outside).
 
Kratos has all of his weapons.  
Apoc is in his prime.
Win by Death. 
Morals are Off. 
No prep.

it's very hard for kratos ti win here but it's possible, if apoc gets close(which he wont) kratos can kill him with the blade of olympus but since this isnt happening kratos' only hope is time manipulation, the amulet of the fates only works were there is a statue of the fates so it depends on the battleground, kratos has a time item in ascension so he can use it on apoc and probably win, but other than that kratos stands no chance.

Kratos has taken down titans. So Apocalypses size increasing power is no advantage. If kratos has all his weapons then that must include the blade of olympus in which case Kratos will definetly have a chance. in terms of energy attacks then kratos could possibly deflect apocs energy blasts with the golden fleece, how much exactly im not sure. it boils down to kratos can take apocalypse.

He took down titans due to it being written as in a non scripted fight with Apocalypse he gets owned as Apocalypse has means to close distance & to get far away as he pleases .

I think Kratos loses this one. If he were more intelligent then he might have a chance but Apoc is so much smarter and experienced.

I think kratos could turn him into a stone and break it or even take his soul(if apocalypse has one). Or could even use amulet of uroborus to I dunno, slow him down?

I vote for the black Egyptian with big Jay-Z lips though, he is stronger.

obliterate is the word you are looking for, but he does easily remove 1/10 of kratos

Apocalypse would crush Kratos like the pathetic excuse for a godslayer he is.
