Kratos (pre-god form) v Wolverine

sorry if this has been done before this is my first post i couldnt find it

Wolverine is thrown back through time and comes face to face with the pale man himself Kratos (again pre-god from so he is working for Aries at this point)

no prep time

no help

all out battle to the death

Kratos would probably kick his tail, but at this point in the story I cant remember if he has any weapons/items that could actually kill Wolvernine or put him down for good, its been forever since I played the first two GOWs so I cant remember what he has access to.

@blade_r: he still had the blades of Chaos and he had some magic also Aeris had nothing to do with Kratos' strength that was good old fashion spartan training

Oh I know the strength is his own, and that he had the blades of chaos and other weapons, I just can remember what other particular weapons/items he had at this point in the story since he has had so many throughout the series lol. Cant Wolverine regenerate from just about anything? That's what is making me hesitant to say Kratos outright wins this match.

Kratos should win. He has hella magic, and the blades of Chaos.

Kratos wins. He is stronger than Wolverine and i think his weapons will be able to at least knock wolverine out , not to mentions Wolverine can be knock out with brute strength only

Kratos is known for ripping people's heads off, and Wolverine can't come back from that, at least not for a while.The only risk is that he has to get close. Also he's not limted to his blades, he has magic too.

@denzelmoton: Wolverine can be knock out with brute strength only and Kratos is brute strength. With his weapon, i say Kratos will be able to put Wolverine down.

You right Kratos can't put Wolverine down permanently but like I said Wolverine can be knock out

wolverine can cut through any weapon that kratos throws at him the only way kratos has a chance on even hitting logan is if he uses the boots of Hermes to get up close before he has a chance to react

Wolverine kills him.

meh kratos kicks Logan so hard all his organs goes out of his mouth

the times logan lost via knock out he was hit multiple times by the hulk while doing damage to the hulk at the same time kratos might get a few punches in but all it takes is a stab to the neck and it's all over kratos doesn't have a healing factor

Also this Kratos Pre god form so he wouldn't even have Hermes boots just his spartan training and that won't be enough to take him down

@denzelmoton lolno. Kratos has really good healing. Not on Logan's level, but still good nonetheless. He got beaten to a bloody pulp by Deimos and he still had enough strength to jump off a mountain, and the next time we see him land, he's already back in shape.

Wait, this is unfair for Kratos. Change it to death or KO.

@leo-343 After reading this thread, street level Kratos confirmed. He'd lose to both unprep Batman and Captain America since they have better speed feats than him. Amirite? Amirite?

I bet a good amount of GoW downplayers are GoW 3 scrubs who haven't even played the first GoW, because from what I've seen, the "GoW Gods are weak" argument stems from GoW 3. Surely you guys must know that Ares TK'ed an entire army to death(Blowing their heads off, ripping them in half, setting them on fire, etc.), can drag people into pocket dimensions and make an army of clones of themselves, strip Kratos of his magics and weapons, throw a pillar several kilometers away and hit the target spot-on, earth manipulation, etc. And by rule of powerscaling, Some of the gods are even stronger than him.

@leo-343: That's a funny joke. I'm pulling this from what I've seen. Really, ask anyone the reason why they think GoW gods are weak. They'll most likely point at GoW 3. Then again, MAYBE you're one of them.

First scan is something a peak human can do.

Second one was through trial and error.

How fast is that ninja? Moreso, how fast is Logan himself?
