so this is Korra at the end of book 3 and Katara at the end of TLAB

no blood bending for Katara

Waterbending only for Korra and no Avatar State

Location is north pole in the north water tribe area with lots of snow and water

in character but going for the win

Katara was arguably the best waterbender in the Avatar series.
