I would give it to Korra. I don't think that Aangs waterbending is as good as Korras air and Aangs fire bending is hardly relevant enough to give him the edge. Korra for the majority.

hmm i barely give it to aang but to me earth bending was always his "poorest" showing he is a water prodigy and his fire bending is good enough to keep up with ozai. Plus he is more agile and evasive which will determine this fight.

@primebonnick: really? His earthbending always vastly overshadowed his water and fire to me. There's a reason he relied on it above water and fire against Ozai

@arcus: yea not saying he was poor at it but he did the other elements better, but then again when your getting compared to bumi and toph its no surprise he fell short.

@primebonnick: see, he initially seemed good at waterbending, but then his feats are somewhat lacking. As for fire, he's just lacking significant feats. Whereas he's got quite a few earth feats, and some very good ones, especially from the finale

@arcus: once you can direct lighting your an awesome fire bender iroh says as much. I was more impressed with his earth bending in the azula fight at ba sing se than in the finally.

@primebonnick: his Ba Sing Se earthbending couldn't hold up to Azula and Zuko's firebending, in the finale he was blocking Ozai's amped attacks

@arcus: One small issue, I think Korra favors Earth over water. However, giving Aang Earth and Korra air wouldn't be fair for Korra.

@soduh2: she uses earth more cause it's more available, but water's her best element

Aang, since water is his second best element, and being a true airbending master himself, he'll know how to deal with Korra.

By feats his earthbending is a good bit better than his waterbending

I could say the same thing for Korra knowing how to deal with Aang

I guess Aang. Slightly more versatile and agile. Plus, he displayed decent feats with water + fire against Comet Boosted Ozai iIrc.

I belive Aang take it, but he used his air bending in almost every fight so I don't know

you are right about the water but remember Aang was boosted by Sozin's Comet as well and he needed avatar state+ 4 elements to win

Aang would win. Korra's airbending does not utilize enough defense to defeat Aang

What was I thinking.. Korra definitely take's this, don't see how Aang is winning being stunted with his worst elements in his whole series.

He has the advantage because of his earthbending, he's more agile.

She'll know how to deal with his water bending as he will her air bending.

And after Air, Earth is arguably Aang's second best showing so he wins.

Korra. Aang severely lacks feats in fire and water, while Korra's shown she can enhance her mobility (spouts, amped agility), effectively defend (explosion feat), has decent offense (vs Amon, Kuvira, the mech, some random Kuvira supporters, and some bandits). And her raw power eclipses his (mech airblast). She also has all around better physicals and H2H skill, so if this fight gets close quarters (and with her mobility, Korra's perfectly capable of doing that), Korra will dominate.

Korra has the mobility with airbending to take this to CQ and stomp Aang h2h.

But lol if she goes h2h he can simply move FTE and stomp her....
