kobra Vs lady shiva

here is the secnerio lady shiva come around looking for kobra (jeffrey burr). she wanted to see how good of a martial artist he was so she challenged him. they are fighting in a open space and there is no where to hide or run to. it is a fight to the death but a k-o will if you think that a draw is possible. and to get it right it is this kobra ( jeffrey burr). they are both at there prime and ready to fight. they have access to there favorite weapon. FIGHT!!!!!!!!

i wanted to see who would win to be honest i don't know a lot about lady shiva or kobra but i did get this of the D data base whilie i was surfing the net and i saw this.

kobra:

And i thought that maybe this could be interesting.

Which Kobra?

The first one was a good martial artists and had a lot of goodies in his suit.The second one has superstrength and speed but to what extent I don't know.

the one on the picture the one tha was really good at martial arts thats why shiva challenged him in the secnario.

The one in the picture is Jason Burr who IS NOT a good fighter.

Shiva would win a pure h2h fight but if Kobra is allowed to use his weapons then he wins.

He has a teleportation device attached to his belt,gas pores,cables,gun,energy blade and lethal darts in his gauntlets and he can turn his staff in to a snake.

Don't think so,they dont really have any similarities.But the DC Kobra came first,that is correct.
