I'm inclined to say Bane with the Venom on, but if he didn't have it, I think this could be dead even.

Knightfall era Bane was still strong enough to Break Killer Croc's arms without Venom.

There's no difference between Bane from Knightfall and after? Or are we just only allowed to use feats from that?
