Sue has stopped molecule manipulation with her shields, so if nothing else then she can just keep Kitty incapacitated.

Kitty will never be able to see Sue and when she turns solid, Sue kills Kitty by expanding a bubble in her head

Mismatch

Kitty Pryde is often underestimated, but in this instance I think Invisible Woman would be one of the ones that wouldn't have much trouble with her because of the way her powers work.

I think the whole match is a hit & miss.

Could swing both ways. Kitty could phase and rip Sue's heart out, or go ghost mode and fly-walk/phase away. Or more likely, Sue would use her forcefields, or wait for kitty to go solid while staying invisible.

Kitty's powers have a serious issues with her turning soild while inside something. Fighting an invisible foe would be a major issue but considering Sue can make her blind and created invisible solid force fields. All in all, Sue would be a nightmare for Kitty.

Sue's stopped someone who could phase through things before, but this may have changed since.
