Why the Hulk ?

No Pryde left in Kitty after this one.

hulk would keep getting more and more angry that he couldnt hit her and then eventually she would get too tired from going intangible all the time and hulk would crush her then

Kitty sneaks up on the Hulk in her intangible state and then solidity's when she has a sword through his head. :P

wouldnt she be able to phase through his body and pull out some of his more important organs like his brain, his lungs, or his heart?
this probably wouldnt be her first atttack option, but once she realises she cant evade him by going intangable for ever, and she sees that phasing him into the ground or into a wall isnt going to stop him, she might decide this course of action is the only way for her to to stay alive.

so she's going to go solid inside of him? that would have adverse effects on her

couldnt she stick her arm into his head, keeping her arm intagable, solid her hand touch his brain, make that intangable, and slip it out of his head?

i guess if he decided to stand still and allow her to do so

or if she decided to act completely out of character

but Katherine hasn't ever taken anyone down by going solid inside of them... so i'm inclined to believe it's a fairy tale.

if the hulk is getting angrier and angrier trying to punch her, throwing cars at her, jumping up and trying to land on her to squash her, she might try this as a last resort, sense she would realise that the hulk isnt going to stop attacking her.

she cant sneak up, Hulk has esp. cant go inside, because
1.) gamma radiation
2.) wont really hurt Hulk, at least enough, and his HFand durabiltiy
will compensate...
and of course once she unphases to attack, she's done.

i was saying if he knew she went underground hed keep on going after her giving her more reason to try to phase his brain out or something,
but if he didnt see her and she got to rest in the sewers than she would have less of a reason to phase his brain out,
but once she came back up she would still see that there was no end in sight, and might decide to phase out some organs.

this is surprisingly enough a good fight... i'm cheering for kitty though she would lose sorely to supes though he could super heat her up her particles and blast her away use IMP or go intangible himself and he doesn't get tired of doing that, but i digress i think since hulk can't  do any of these things he loses BADLY

plus Vision and Kitty are not the same, nor are their abilites or what they are comprised of when they are phased.
case in point, the only time Kitty ever did anything near what you mentioned was What If Enemy Of The State,
not canon, but what the hay. to get at Logans brain, which she couldnt remove, she had to unphase her hand inside his head.
now, Kitty can phase through objects, but not unphase within them. the reason is because in doing so her molecules combine with that of the other solid object, which in this case, was his head. in Hulks case, it wouldnt kill him or stop him. for one, his head is alot
bigger than Logans. two, the nature of his powers and healing factor would either choke out the new cells or force them from his body, as he healed from it in seconds. Kitty would meanwhile be getting a dose of gamma radiation poisoning.

also, the Hulk can both sense and attack and damage corporeal forms.

yes he see's dead people and can communicate with them. the reason is he's adaptive and is an infinate state machine.
think if him and Darwin as alike in a way. Hulk has several uncommon powers and abilities.
the main reason, he's Hulk.
