Amadeus can disable Kitty's phasing? He definitely wins, even without the device I believe Cho would find a way to disable Kitty. There was an early issue of Incredible Hercules where Amadeus was being questioned by a SHIELD agent who said that Amadeus could probably scrape the chair across the floor to cause a sound at the precise frequency to knock the agent out.....if that is really something Amadeus can do he could definitely beat her.
