To this day I believe Aayla was the most unimpressive named Jedi Master of the time period.

Definitly Kit. I like Aayla because two things only. She is probably the only jedi in from the movies that had a red lightsaber once and she knows the Jar-Kai dual blade fencing.

Alright guys, I'm making Kit morals on but Aayla bloodlusted/morals off/going for the kill. How does this affect the battle? Bare in mind Kit will be conflicted about this.

Are you saying Aayla is amped? Remember bloodlust for force users is the equivalent of force rage.

@i_like_swords Because the best feat I recall her having was beating Asajj by teaming up with Luminara..which shouldn't be impressive at all considering their status amongst the Jedi Order.

Well no, she's just going for the kill, not necessarily amped. If she's more ferocious, and as a result, powerful because she's going all out, then so be it, but it's not an actual enhancement of abilities if you get what I mean.

I find it hard to believe that is the only thing she's ever done. If that's true.. wow.

@dccomicsrule2011 I remember you mentioning that you know Aayla's feats. How does she stack up here, and just for learning's sake, what's her most impressive feat?

@i_like_swords: I need to see some feats for Secura because Kit takes every physical(speed/strength) and combative(skill/Force TK) department in this fight.

You and me both. I want to learn more about her and Kit. They're the only prequel Jedi that I find interesting barring Mace. Obviously I like Anakin, Yoda, Obi Wan.. but they're very mainstream.

@i_like_swords: Bloodlusted, amped Secura? Then I would go probably 5 or 6/10 for her. Bloodlust gives great advantage over the opponent though.

Obi was able to hold himself and was successfully attacking Maul during ther Naboo duel while he was bloodlusted so yes I think with these rules she can win.

@penderor: Obi-wan lost his duel against Maul after he went into a Force Rage, so I don't see your point?

Aayla wins. Without morals that is almost tapping into the dark side and I believe that will make her more lethal

Just off the top of my head; she has defeated Aurra Sing in one-on-one combat, has broken through prison restraints - that when slammed against the ground - left a decent size crater the ground, has the ability to use Force Cloak, has fought imperceptibly fast, has casually Force pushed over half a dozen soldiers, defeated Shon-Ju in combat, created multiple after images with the blurring motions of her blade, etc,etc.

I'm sorry, but the conjecture that Aayla was "the most unimpressive named Jedi Master of the time period" is utter nonsense.

The fight between the two is vague to me..but didn't Aayla affect her emotions in some way? Good strength feat there which I honestly forgot about. I don't know much about Shon-Ju..but I don't think he did anything notable. Yea he could use the Force in an interesting way..but you'd expect someone like Aayla to be able to defeat him. IIRC it wasn't really much of a fight either. The speed feats are nice, but a good number of named Jedi Masters at the time could replicate them(Kit certainly has).

Maybe "unimpressive" was the wrong word..I meant to say she wasn't particularly notable for much amongst the Council members. I'll admit I typed that without much thought into it..
