Classic Fisk was a PIS machine, catching Spider-man when far faster people have had trouble, overpowering Captain America Steve who is stronger, take away factor and most of these guys win. As Morph pointed out they carry weapons that can make up for it.
elektra's weaponry being sais, ninja stars and im not sure if she lost her powers but if she still has them, silent scream, telepathy etc.
Punisher- What doesn't Frank carry that isnt deadly? Sure KP is stronger but a bullet to the face no problem.
Bullseye- He just needs distance and its over.
Shang Chi- Is just much much more skilled.
Iron Fist- Danny is a beast lately one chi punch is really that is needed.
MoonKnight- If i'm not mistaken he has carbonadium armor and plenty of piercing weapons, ontop of that is a more skilled fighter.
Taskmaster- Sword and shield is really all he needs on top of that is afar more skilled fighter.
Barracuda- Actually fisk could win this, i havent read much about this guy but i think he was decent with knives.
Tombstone- Too strong too durable. Maybe knockout gas could work not sure but Tombstone is far above Fisk.
Mr. X- His telepathy will make him know what KP's next move is and he will counter and he usually carries swords on him again another loss for KP.
Deadpool- No swords no problem, Dp has taken hits from the likes of She-Hulk and remained concious and you didnt say anything about no guns.
Wolverine- Take away the KP PIS factor Logan is still too fast, his HF is jacked and he can still rend KP to bits or if he even plays it safe since he has no ady he far outskills him.
