After Robin takes out some of Fisk's men Fisk decides to deal with the brat himself. He lures Damien into a condemned building and jumps him. Robin has normal equipment and Fisk has his cane.
He's not the most skilled guy out there, but he's not chump. He can give DD some good fights and take on Spider-Man when he's holding back. I think he can overpower and take down Damian.

He also took Punisher down like he was nothing. I know Punisher isn't like Batman, but he still is one of the best fighters out there in Marvel. And Kingpin had no troubles.
@Decoy Elite: Also, I mean that Punisher would be able to put up a decent fight to Captain America or someone like that before they take him out, at least he should be able to, but he couldn't even land a punch on Kingpin.

I actually find him not being able to hit Kingpin a little questionable.

Because he honestly shouldn't have been able to do that.

It's an older comic. Punisher tried attacking Kingpin. Kingpin kept catching everything Punisher threw at him. Punisher even tried to stab Kingpin, and that failed epically. If it wasn't for the guy that threatened to kill Kingpin at gun range, Punisher wouldn't of made it alive. I'll scan it tomorrow and show you. (Finally got my scanner to work! Took like two weeks)

I'm am flabbergasted that you think that's an accurate showing of the Kingpin's ability.

Well this would depend on which version of Kingpin you are looking at, the older version of kingpin was a massive massive powerhouse with little skill, but how is that different from Killer Croc who has always given Robin a hard time. He was able to headbutt a car.
Current Kingpin doesnt really look that impressive. He held his own against Black Panter in the recent issue, black panther won with a electric grenade Robin could pull out the same.
@Killemall: No it doesn't. And Croc is a Meta, Fisk is not.
What difference does it really make when despite not being a meta-human, Frisk (classic) was stronger than Killer Croc. After all he was smashing cars with his head and someone broke his hand while punching him.
I do agree current Kingpin isnt as strong, seemed to have been retconned, but i still dont understand why that would be a massive massive bonus in terms of H2H, because all he would need is a one punch to KO Robin and Robin would pretty much have no way to even hurt him, let alone put him down.

adding to that, he did beat down the Red Skull, in Steve Rogers body... and The Red skull has beaten Captain America in H2H a few times.
His latest feat IIRC was taking down a bunch of hand ninjas.
Personally I think he can win because even the later versions of the character can soak up an insane amount of damage from skill opponents. Even during the famous Spider-Man beat down he took quite a few hits before finally going down.
Kingpin would win pure H2H, but why would Damian be so dumb to engage Fisk in fisticuffs. He'd keep away from Kingpin and use his utility belt or the environment and take him out. There's a chance Kingpin, who is smart and faster than he looks, could close the distance and one-shot Damian or just squeeze him out. Damian wins 6.5/10
@Killemall: Because it does not matter. And I don't get why you are trying to argue that Fisk or Robin wins. I never said anything about a winner in this thread. I said Fisk is not in the top 10 h2h fighters any way you cut it because he isn't.
