King Thor vs. pc Darksied

How does it go down? And who takes it?

King Thor obviously cause D.C. characters suck

I assume that this is King Thor with full command of the Odinforce and not "a degree" of control that he had in mid v2.  
 
It's a close fight and they check out in just about every area possible. Thor had some feats that trumped Odin, but still seemed to be less experienced than he. It's an even split in my opinion.

btw, there is no PC Darkseid. He was unaffected by the Crisis.
