If you have read the series with King Thor, you would know that they are only the same in name and that they had the Odinforce. Their personalities were different and how they wielded the power. King Thor was became very aggressive and would do what he had to do, regardless of the cost. I even believe that the level of power was very different. King Thor should win as he has less qualms about killing and doesn't hold back as much as normal Thor. So he wins, absorbs the divine energies of the current Thor, and goes on a bloody rampage now that his powers are doubled.

Those heroes were mostly saved by the sheer stupidity and arrogance of their rivals. Realistically, when two opponents are equally matched, the more aggressive combatant triumphs over the more peaceful one.

Those are characters made by different companies, this is the exact same character fighting the exact same character with the only difference being personality and facial hair.

King Thor seemed to have the full power of the Odin Force while the current had what Odin called the Thor Force. His power display was very low compared to Odin himself and to that of King Thor. But I do agree that this is a strange battle thread.
Stalemate... this fight would have the same conclusion as when Superboy Prime went after his future Time Trapper Prime self in the Legion of Three Worlds arc... lol

King Thor (Or Reign Thor as I call him) is just Odinforce Thor + Plus like 20 years of having the Odinforce. Guess that equals out to a greater knowledge of his own abilities and all that. I'm gonna go with King Thor on this one.
Didn't OF Thor defeat his grandfather Bor who was claimed to be even more powerful than Odin himself. Thor even mentioned himself during that the battle that even with the Odin Force, he felt excruciating pain when Bor's blows made contact.
