King of the World Martial Arts Tournament

Before you ask, the title was written to be wordy and cliche. 
 
Hopefully this goes better than my last tournament. Essentially, this is for "street-level, human martial artists" and others who may fit into that. Everyone from Batman to Liu Kang is allowed but, not everyone in fighting games is, anyone with special supernatural powers, psychic abilities and anything else is left out of it.  
 
The context is a martial arts tournament for a "King of the World" title. Any character can be included, if they fall into the block, but to make it interesting. Also, if this isn't contested by a staff member, I am willing to allow Mister Satan (Hercules in the english dub) from Dragonball Z is allowed in the tournament but he is the only anime/manga character I would allow.
