Fight takes place in a populated city. Say... Times Square.

Lol I thought it was gonna be a fair match up due to Kong having superior strength and maybe speed... guessing this is spite?

Optimus is stronger, he's got better weapons, he's a far more fluid fighter, he's vastly more durable, he's flat out meaner in a fight, and the caliber of foes he's gone up against is simply beyond Kong.
