He did seem depowered slightly but as he took down those giant creatures with ease just his fight with blue marvel & juggernaut he seemed weaker then ever but can he even hurt Terrax or even do anything for a win .

IMO he was clearly depowered, because after his fight with Exiles he wasn't able to run from his Earth. If we would talk about classic KH and Terrax 616, I wouldn't have any doubts that KH will win. But IDK this Terrax.
@czarny_samael: he is supposed to be on the same power level of 616, but after dr.doom built and gave him the chair of power, it gave him a massive power boost.
