Cyborg Superman wins. King Hyperion will catch hell trying to stop Cyborg Superman since he has his Power Rings... and since Cyborg Superman is Immortal... King Hyperion could never really get rid of him anyways... I see Cyborg Superman beating King Hyperion in an average fight

True... but alternate reality versions of characters tend to be significantly weaker at times... and there was no indication that Galactus was anywhere near full power when he fought King Hyperion... and Galactus has taken loses to various people when he was in a starving state
