I think Shazam wins here. Simply because Shazam still has the raw power advantage over King Hyperion here... plus Shazam has the magic factor over him as well

This isn't Shazam. DC has to do it on the cover for legal reasons but there's no reason we all have to refer to the character as something else.

Cap does have the experience factor along with the magic factor and the speed factor. I think he wins, but only barely so. I'd say the King is just as strong and slightly more durable. Billy fighting smarter is going to be the biggest factor when it comes to him winning this fight.

You gotta remember, King Hyperion just barely lost to 2 alternate universe Hyperions, Namora (who stalemated 616 Namor), Mimic (who rammed into him with Colossus strength at half the speed of sound), Blink (who teleported a whole bunch of sand into his body), Morph, Sabertooth and Holocaust.

He took them all on and almost won.

And he's got ridiculous regeneration. Like his head and a few inches of torso regenerated his entire body back in a few days. Namora broke his neck and it didn't even knock him unconscious. He just twisted it back around and one shotted her with his flash vision. Underwater.

I think Cap can win but this is a very close fight.

Wow seems like King hyperion got more respect than I thought. I been reading up on him as of late. He does have some good feats. He has gained my respect. I still think Cap takes it but after a good fight.
