He's said to have defeated multiple other Sentries and Blue Marvels. He was clowning BM before him gloating and leaving himself open to counter attack.
@hulkage: stable with full control? he was a matter/molecule manipulating shape shifting telepath who couldn't die unless he convinced himself he wanted to die.....I don't even think he knows what he can do, so people often say a lot sentry's powers don't count because he only displayed them one time.
king hyperion lost to BM already, even if it was because he dropped his guard, they were still fighting, and brawling before the final blow was given. I don't think he'd win this
