Just based on Showa series Godzilla has always had help beating Ghidorah, and never needed help with Gigan or Megalon (although both had partners so that's why he needed partners there). Ghidorah did have a low point in Godzilla vs Gigan, but overall had better showings against multiple threats.

This is just based on Showa era. I haven't read the IDW Godzilla stuff.

King ghidorah can take them but it would be a decent fight. King gh idorah is bigger than godzilla and can fly.

Ghidora wins with difficulty. Flight and 3 heads blasting you with lightning bolts is nothing to joke about.
