King Bradley vs Levi - Sword Fight

Levi, from Attack On Titan

They are fighting in a city neither has been to before. They have no prior knowledge of each other. They are both in character. They are each armed with two swords. Bradley cannot use his powers and Levi does not have his 3D Manoeuvre Gear. This is a test of skills alone.

Opinions?

Levi gets destroyed.

Levi doesn't have any feats fighting other humans / without his maneuver gear.

edit: No feats in the anime at least. I don't know about the manga as I didn't read it.

Some of Levi's Titan killing skills are transferable, and without his super-speed Bradley is going to be much less effective with two swords.

@silverrings: Wrath's speed & reflexes are a product of his training.

Any who Wrath stomps on pure skill alone.

@silverrings: They really aren't. We see almost no mention of actual swordplay in the Attack on Titan anime. All of the combat is based around their maneuver gear. They kick trainees out of the program who can't use maneuver gear because its the only way they stand a chance against Titans.

Levi has no combat feats without his maneuver gear or has shown any skill in any other form of combat either.

The only thing that transfer is his raw strength, and even that is not exactly measurable.

Without his powers he's a bullet-timer? I've seen Bradley pull off some seriously skilful moves, but i've seen Levi do the same to opponents much larger than himself, albeit with the help of the 3DMG. In my opinion they are both incredibly skilled, specifically with swords.

@silverrings: Believe it or not his only power is the Ult Eye.

Bradley's only actual superpower is his Ultimate Eye.

So... pretty much everything he does is "without super speed."

A lot of non powered characters in fiction are bullet timers.

Fair enough boys.

Especially in anime.

Walter from Hellsing isn't supposed to be have any superpowers, either; just an uncanny talent for manipulating wires that nobody, except for the Captain, can even touch.
