I have to give it to Wrath. He can dodge everything she throws at him. However, her attack may have enough range to keep him back.

Bradley should be way too fast

Bradley dodged Mustangs fire witch is lightning speed, he'll have no problem cutting her up faster then she can bend.

It's out of character for Bradley to decapitate. Most likely Katara gets stabbed in the chest.

Bradley has precognition, experience, and is a vastly superior fighter. Katara gets slaughtered within the the first fifteen seconds of the fight or less. I'd have to say this is a mismatch.

Bradley speedblitzes before Katara can do anything.

Katara is far too slow. She would need to be at least 100 feet away with a huge body of water to even stand a stance.
