I'm fairly certain Brad wins this. He's an extremely skilled combatant, easily capable of matching and perhaps surpassing Cap, and he's too fast for the super soldier, too. If it wasn't for Cap's own skills, experience and that big ol' unbreakable shield i think Brad could slice him into ribbons without much trouble, but it wont be that easy. And there's always all of Brad's other tricks...

Cap's shield gives him the necessary edge over Bradley that Batman doesn't have. However I still think Wrath wins.

What's up with the chain of threads featuring top tier peak humans punching high above their weight class recently?

I'm not sure Capt can keep up with Bradley's speed, and I don't mean just physcial speed of the body. Bradley's mind works at just awe inspiring speeds that allow him to counter his opponent's tactics almost before they think of em. Bradley 7/10 I think.

Bradley wins. With the combination of Homunculus, swordsmaster, ability to predict moves (eye), and superior speed, he can win this.

@zijuun: Yeah, I honestly was amazed at some of the tactics Bradley used in battle. The cutting of the bomb fuses was just outstanding, but don't get me wrong now, I think Capt could hold his own for sure. I just don't see him winning against the ultimate human weapon, Bradley.
