Kilowog wins, the ring is too versatile, but Etrigan would put up a fight.

I think Alan Scott would also be able to keep Kilowog down fairly easy as well..

Alan didn't beat him easily, Alan was losing and then timeskipped to having have won IIRC. He is also more powerful and a more imaginitive ringslinger. Kilowog smashes with hammers and blasts and that will not stop the Demon, Etrigan wins with mild challenge.

@joygirl: This. Alan's shields were being broken by Etrigan, and even stabbing out his eyes didn't stop him. Etrigan has even destroyed Phantom Stranger's body. Temporarily of course, but that's no lame feat.
