Killer Frost was always incompetent with her powers.

Besides, Cold's suit let's him survive the damage he can dish out.

CC probably has better feats but if KF could somehow take his guns away then what could he do?

Hm let's see Killer frost utilizes heat to use her powers while captain cold literally negates all heat in the area.Wow this is a tricky one

Body Heat....CC is still warm blooded if KF can stay a certain feet away for Him i This She will have the UpperHand

P.S. ICE VS ICE isn't a competitive Battle for some reason

KF 100% she is the definition of cold and if she is a meta human who can control the temperature around her and the cold, she can take all of those blasts and the only thing that would happen was a few wounds but nothing major since she can freeze her wounds
