Killer Croc vs Vermin

The fight takes place in the Sewers of Metropolis. Morals: Off. Death for the win. Start 16ft. apart. A day of prep for both. Who's got this in the bag? No weapons are in the fight. 
 

LOL, I don't think Croc and Vermin are that good at using prep time. Either way, Croc wins. Vermin's strength and speed are only at peak human levels. Croc is beyond that. Croc has his toughened skin, claws and teeth, not to mention a regeneration factor that lets him grow back lost limbs. Croc also has some fighting skill, he used to be a street fighter and an alligator wrestler. Vermin dies.
