I can't recall Croc ever winning anything...In comics or on the forums.

(Pre-Crisis Croc has won a bunch of battles though)

In batman eternal killer croc was actually quite good. I mean, batman actually considered him a real threatthreat and did not want to fight him. He wasn't incompetent at all. And joker was beaten by Arkham batman. So I'd give it to croc. More feats too.
