Killer Croc vs Green Goblin

• The fight takes place in the Hell's Kitchen.
• Both have no morals.
• They will fight until death.
• Norman has his technology.
• They know a little something about each other.
• Start  23 metres away.
• Who wins this?
• Classic Green Goblin and most powerful versions of  KC.

If Norman has his equipment than he wins, Croc should be written much better, he is now 5-10 ton strength level, superhumanly fast, super durable and from all those fights he's been, he should to be really experienced in fighting.

Even without gear I'm pretty sure norman stomps croc whether he be properly written or not. I doubt croc can match a 9 tonner.

If the Goblin has his equipment and bombs he gets the victory pretty easy since all he needs to do is keep a distance from Croc, toss a bomb at him and the fight is over. But the Goblin just has his glider and uses his fist on Croc in a fight Croc is going to win due to size and strength. Croc also can breath under water while the Goblin cant if Croc dragged him under water.

Norman one-shots.

Croc would literally get killed in a single punch from Norman.

The Goblin beating Croc in a fist fight not likely going to happen. If punching the Goblin dosnt work Croc could just grab Goblin and bite him with his jaws which could cut through steel. The Goblin isn't going to out fist fight Croc.
The Goblin would need to keep a distance from Croc and hit him from the air.

Goblin can keep his distance with the glider, and can vaporize Croc with his laser finger beams and pumpkin bombs.

Plus, he most likely severely wounds or kills Croc with one or two unpulled punches and can regenerate from fatal wounds (such as impalement).

So Norman stomps.

I'll say Goblin also since Croc has no advantage here

Goblin is just a little under Spider-Man in terms of strength, which is actually lot stronger then Croc. So yes, actually, Goblin would beat Croc in a fist fight, not that it would even come down to that.

Isn't Green Goblin on Spiderman's level as far as strength? If so, Green Goblin wins.

Goblin outclasses croc in every conceivable way except for swimming. Norman takes his hide and uses it to make an new pair of scaled green sleeves and leggings

Croc isn't just big and strong he does have other dangerous ways to kill someone. If he can get the Goblin off his glider and keep on the ground then the fight could go his way. He could drag the Goblin under water and drown him. Goblin is strong and lethal but even he breaths like a human.
Problem with this to work he needs to catch the Goblin which isn't likely going to happen since the Goblin is used to fighting foes more faster and agilie then Croc like Spider Man. If he can keep up with Spider Man he wont have any problems with Croc.
The Goblin also has a lot of dangerous weapons that could kill Croc or badly hurt him. Croc isn't fast enough to dodge them which is another way for the Goblin to win.
So I am going with the Goblin for the win. He brings more ways to win in this fight then Croc does
