@OmegaDynasty: what has quicksilver on x-men evolution done? But i will agree, the KF on that show is extremely under powered.  

Going with Quicksilver. More experienced and possibly better feats.

gotta say quicksilver, kid flash was ridiculiously jobbed in YJ i remember in one episode he couldn't use his speed because he was hungry, seriously?? his weakness is an empty stomach??

KF probably wins the ace.. unless it was confirmed that Pietro could break the sound barrier in XME. but as far as the fight im torn. quicksilver has had his power for longer.. but hen again KF probably had formal training...
