Unlike Wally, I do not believe Bart has ever shown the use of an infinite mass punch. He also lacks the ability to fly, and as far as I can remember, only an alternate future version of himself has shown the ability to speed steal -- and that was him as The Flash, instead of Kid Flash, so it wouldn't be applicable anyway.

Bart's got some pretty great speed feats, but he has no striking feats and no speed steal which means he has no practical way to put Gladiator down. Giving the win to Gladiator for sure in round 1. If Gladiator's molecules are capable of exploding by Bart's kinetic control, then Bart could kill him in round 2, if not, Gladiator wins again.

Actually, that could go either way.

Gladiator could go, "A kid? This'll be child's play!"

OR he could go, "They... they sent a kid? To fight ME? That's all they think I'm worth...?"

This is why I am starting to hate the Flash family...

Round 1 will go to Gladiator more likely than not. Bart's only chance might be that Gladiator will lose confidence in himself since he will have a hell of a time tagging Bart. Though Bart has been shown strong enough to draw blood from someone like adult Wally West, I just don't think he would beat Gladiator 6 times out of 10 with morals on.

Round 2 will no doubt go to Kid Flash due to his phasing ability which he already spams in character. With morals off he wouldn't have anything from stopping him when he attempts to phase Gladiators brain out of him. This would probably go to Bart 10 times out of 10.
