Kick ass is a kid who often showed weak will and self doubt so the ring isn't gonna help I don't think. I'm pretty sure he gets stomped.

Kick-Ass have no knowledge on how to use Odin Force or Phoenix, he still die.

It's against the rules to give characters, who would normally get stomped, abilities/powers/gear they have no experience using in order to make the fight fair. It makes the debate entirely based on speculation.

Yeah guys, giving a character who originally stands no chance whatsoever a massive crutch just to stand a chance isn't exactly permitted.
