Kick-Ass fly's in on jetpack with gatlink guns. Batman batarangs him in the butt. Kick-Ass crashes. Batman walks up to him. Kick-Ass gets up and pulls out his batons. Batman gets in fighting position. Kick-Ass swings his baton. Batman counters it and elbows Kick-Ass in the face. Kick-Ass grabs a gun. Batman breaks Kick-ass' hand. Batman chokes him out.

Kick-Ass stomps

choking someone out doesn't mean they die automatically, it can mean they lose blood flow to their brain and pass out momentarily or even just run out of breath and sit there trying to catch it for a good 5 minutes....

Batman puts on his boots and coats it with lemon, he proceeds to SLaughter stomp the entire kickass team while humming the Kick-Ass theme "Prodigy - Stand Up" When hes done he's done Bathound eats the blood puddle and batman burns the feces.

Kick-Ass should actually be able to take this. He has a month of prep, is bloodlust, and has access to Big Daddy's armory. TDKR Batman really wasn't that impressive, and won't have anything cooked up to take down a heavily armored prepped jetpack wielding bazooka Kick-Ass. Hell, he may get trained by Big Daddy and Hit Girl in that month if he knows he has to take down the freakin' Batman.

That one month of prep won't mean anything since Kick-Ass was never shown to actually wield any weapons properly other than his batons. A month of training isn't enough to make someone a master of anything, especially not the fighting style of Super Smash Bros Brawl Diddy Kong. Batman was a helluva a lot more impressive than anything in Kick Ass.

The fight is in the batcave..... you're automatically giving the win to batman.

Not a bad idea but you're literally inviting Kick Ass into Bruce's home territory. While Dave can grab some decent weapons, he's never shown any competence with prep really aside from the help given by Mindy and Bruce knows his own home better than anyone and has tech that severely eclipses anything that Dave is in possession of.

Kick Ass may give Batman some trouble but in the end he will just lose.Batman has the upper hand because he is on homeland and is also way more skilled than Dave.

Batman's fought the League of Shadows, Bane, Ra's Al Ghul, Joker, Two-Face, Scarecrow and Henchmen with guns. He easily takes this.
