Kick-Ass team vs The Hobbit team

Morals off, fight to the death- takes place in an abandoned Times Square- no prep, random encounter

Kick-Ass team: Kick-Ass, Hit-Girl, Colonel Stars & Stripes and Mother Russia

Hobbit team: Bilbo Baggins (no ring), Thorin Oakenshield, Legolas, Tauriel and Bard

Both team can't use ranged weapons like guns and bows, only melee weapons like swords, batons, etc

Which team takes this and why? Thanks for reading :)

Thorin, Legolas or Tauriel could likely solo imo. Hit-Girl and Mother Russia are good, but not good enough for this encounter.

Legolas and Thorin can take the team while the others watch and take notes.

Pretty much the Hobbit Team. Legolas and Tauriel are elves with almost superhuman skills, strength, etc. And Thorin is a dwarf with very high durability. And Bilbo is, well, not really useable in this battle, unless he would have the Ring, which he doesn't have.

Legolas or Tauriel could almost solo if it weren't for Hit-Girl.
