Ki-Adi-Mundi runs the gauntlet

Ki-Adi-Mundi is one cool looking Jedi and I've always been a fan of his. Unfortunately he's never really been fully fleshed out in the Disney canon (though it is only early days)

Anyway, Each battle will take place in the Geonosian Arean and will be all out and morals off

The Gauntlet:

1) Aayla Secura

4) Cin Drallig

5) Shaak Ti

6) Ben Kenobi (ANH)

7) Qui-Gon Jinn

8) Agen Kolar

9) Saesee Tiin

How far does he get?

Canon? He doesn't get very far.

Legends, he loses at 6, if it's RotS Shaak, or 5, if it's TFU Shaak. Cin should be ahead of Luminara and RotS Shaak, by the way.

Depending on the version of Shaak he may die there, but if ROTS Ti he wins and then dies to Ben

Also, in terms of canon, what do you really base this on since Luminara was able to engage with Ventress, although with less than impressive results but still not completely useless. Cin Drallig however has no feats whatsoever. Just wondering?

Based on what, in terms of new canon both Ti and Ki are rather underwhelming in terms of feats but Ki stands out due to his high droid tally (Beating Anakin) in the second battle of Genosis (TCW) although I know this isn't much to go on

Plus, I don't know whether in new canon it is explained whether Ti actually survives Order 66 as she does in Legends as that would have some sort of reflection on her abilities

I was referring to that in the case of Legends. I don't believe Cin has done anything in Canon.

Within Canon Mundi holds almost nothing besides minimal showings on Geonosis in TCW. Canon Mundi vs. Canon Aayla can go either way. Canon Mundi vs. Canon Eeth Koth - Koth wins pretty clearly.
Canon Mundi vs. Legends Aayla is already a decisive win for Aayla, so no debate her, really.

As for the Legends, he would get through Aayla and Eeth pretty decisively. Against Luminara - decisively too, but Luminara would put up a fight. She's just inferior, but the gap isn't overly extensive. Then he either falls to Drallig, or barely passes him; Drallig is the one that's difficult to judge as a combatant, honestly. Defeats RotS Shaak Ti, gets downed by TFU Shaak Ti. Either way against ANH Kenobi, since there are quite a few contradictive viewpoints you could have on ANH Obi-Wan. He could edge out Qui-Gon barely, but that's not assured. No chance against Agen, good fight against Saesee, but no chance either, and no chance against Kit Fisto.

And with ANH Kenobi I've always found it hard to really gauge his true abilities due to the dubious nature of his duel with Vader

By the looks of things consensus is he falls at Koth...

Canon he falls at Koth. Legends he falls at Shaak.

Definitely loses at Koth, if it were legends he loses to Shaak Ti

Mundi can defeat everyone here except Agen Kolar and Cin Drallig, so he'd stop at 4.

Beats 1, possibly 2. Should stop around 3-5 - he is beaten solidly from then-on.
