I don't know almost nothing about Warhammer 40k Universe, but i can say that Master Chief and Arbiter are pretty much screwed without REAL Forerruner tech.

Even with Forerunner Tech, this match is pretty sealed.

Forerunner tech was made to hold agaisn't explosions with thousands of teratons of firepower with each shoot. With that technology, they would have better chances:

War Sphinxes were midsize Forerunner fighting suits used during the time of the Human-Forerunner wars.[1] They were powerful war machines that were generally dropped from high orbit, and were capable of sweeping continents and decimating entire cities

This is one-sided at the mo for Kharn.

Add a platoon or 2 of Spartans & a few heavy vehicles to even this encounter out imo.

@frocharocha: Chaos weaponry is not only powerful, even more so than their Space Marine counterparts, but they are also magically imbued. Khorne weaponry makes opposing forces go mad just by being in their presence. Will and training have nothing to do with this; unless Forerunner Tech has some kind of defense against Magic from The Void, they stand as much of a chance as they would with their regular weapons.

Chaos armor would not only tank most (if not all) of what Team could throw at them, but the armor is also imbued by the Blood God, and grants Kharn a strength and ferocity that the Team would absolutely buckle under.

....

realistically,

Khorne looks upon the deeds of the Arbiter. He sees the great honor the Arbiter, and sees the countless dead hes left behind, mountains upon mountains of dead grunts, hunters and humans. The Arbiter, being a betrayer himself, would fit as Khormes needs.

Khorme makes the Arbiter his new champion. The Arbiter is asked to slaughter the Master Chief, and he does so effortlessly. Arbiter is now the new Avatar of Khorme, he stomps the old Avatar Kharm...

Arbiter wins. But nobody would admit it.

Wrath of Kharn lol. And Forerunner tech would decimate someone no matter how durable they are (unless they are cosmic level).

@badvoodoo: why do you keep calling him Kharm? Its Kharn and Khorne...silly. And that explanation is inventive, but ridiculous. Kharn would absolutely kill Arbiter, there would be no second thought to it. He would see spilling Arbiter's blood as a great sacrifice to the Blood God.

Kharn killed over 5000+ foes and half of them Space Marines in one battle.

Arbiter <<<<<<< Kharns heap of dead.
